The rubber guard book is better IMO. But the twister book is good. Set up the same exact way. Good read.

From what I've downloaded, it's set up KINDA like the book. But he throws in a bunch of extra shit that you might not be interested in watching. For example : Him rolling, videos of him and his friends goofing off, music videos, etc.

eddie bravo is maddd good but he lives in his own world...

rubber guard is shit unless you have that crazy flexibilty...and he staright up stole the twister, that move has been around since the early days of catch wreslting its actually called a guillotine i think...

He didn't "steal" the move. He and everybody knows that it's the wrestlers guillotine. They call it the twister because his Brazilian instructors didn't know the wrestling term, so that's what they called it.
