There is a haunted hotel in Lebanon called Hotel Mon Repos. It was abandoned years ago. The last owner left his car inside the hotel.
Obviously when you are 14 years old with your mates you just want to go in and see what it looks like. It was a bloody terrifying experience. We heard some noise, we fell and I think we just scared the shit out of each other.
Another time, we were walking past the hotel during Christmas. It was snowy and late in the evening, so very little noise. As we walked past we all looked a the hotel and as we turned it felt like all the windows that were wooded up started opening and closing simultaneously. We never ran that fast in our whole lives. I still get shivers just thinking about it.
I believe that some properties are inahbited or have some unexplained powers about them.
