Hatton = Zab Judah with a bigger gas tank?

The closer to the Hatton-Mayweather event we get, the less optimistic everyone seems to be about Hatton’s chances. It’s like it was fun to believe the hype leading up to this fight but now that it’s time to get in the ring everyone is steeling themselves for the reality of the situation.

I on the other hand am sticking to my guns and sacrificing goats to the Elder Gods in the hopes that Hatton takes out that cocky motherfucker Mayweather. Of course, the Elder Gods care not for boxing, no matter how many goats I bleed. So let’s hope this tidbit of info proves prophetic:

Hatton watched as Zab Judah had success with Mayweather by pressuring him early in their 2006 fight at the Thomas & Mack Center. But as Judah tired, Mayweather picked up the pace and won going away.

Hatton has vowed he won’t get tired and will keep the pressure on Mayweather throughout.

“You wonder what might have happened if Zab had been able to sustain that pressure,” Hatton said. “I know I’ll be able to sustain it. We’ll see how good Floyd is when he’s facing that heat.”

Floyds stamina is incredible.He has said in interviews that he never gets tired,not even in training.
I think this fight is more a case of whether Floyd can implement the fightplan he needs to win.Both have stamina to burn and I dont see either tiring so it will boil down to whether or not PBF can utilise his speed and movement to do whats needed to counter Hattons aggression and make him think twice about bulling his way in.
I think Floyd can do it and I pick him to win a hard fought decision

hatton doesnt have judah's handspeed which is what I think bothered floyd most in that fight.

Good point.Zabs slicker and faster than Hatton and he has that unorthox lunging southpaw style.Hatton doesnt bring those strengths and if he can win the early rds it wont be by fighting like Judah.

I think if Hatton can get to his body early and often, clinch and hit he may be able to hurt him later on in the fight. Its gonna be a good one either way.

I agree, for floyd its probably the closest thing to looking in the mirror ane he still clearly won that which makes me think hatton will be frustrated unless he can hurt floyd early
