looking at these two fights i noticed that though PBF is technically the better boxer and faster than hatton, he got hit alot in the body, arms, and back by oscar. i dont think he can take that many punches from someone with the power of Hatton.

Also, from watching the de la hoya fight i think cotto would probably tko PBF.
what do you guys think?

Cotto TKO PBF? You gotta be kidding me. Oscar hits harder than Hatton or Cotto, he's a much bigger guy. The advantage Hatton has is his cardio and his relentlessness (something DLH needs).

Floyd is a smart guy, and IMO the reason that you saw him sitting on the ropes so much against DLH was to tire Oscar out (which it did). He knows he can't "rope-a-dope" Hatton, so I expect to see him using movement and just picking Hatton apart.

People think Cotto has a great chance against Mayweather now because he beat Mosley in a close fight, but the fact is Mosley was never a good defensive fighter, he was a guy who relied more on his athletic abilities and blazing handspeed (both of which have diminished over the years IMO). Cotto will not outjab Floyd, and he won't be hitting Floyd like he hit Mosley.

#1 i don't think oscar hits harder than hatton anymore. plus he was so sloppy against floyd.

#2 cotto is overrated. he beat a washed up mosley and shoulda lost to judah if judah had his head on straight.

#3 floyd would tool cotto

just because floyd is a better boxer than those guys does not mean that they will play floyds game and box with him. i think cotto has a good enough jab to hit PBF with and then unload to the body like he did against judah.
