- The Wrestling Observer and Dave Meltzer are reporting that Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson has turned down the offer to appear on the Monday Night RAW 15th Anniversary special this coming Monday. It is not known why The Rock turned down the offer, however it is expected that there was a schedule conflict and the possibility of him working on his next movie is very good. The WWE has run a lot of promotional material that includes the Rock, so they were highly expecting The Rock to be on the show.
