the trick is to look beside the word and not at the word itself. That way u cant see wat it says but u can see the color

After a couple of attempts, that strategy helped me.

Try this one on for size; it's fucking me up...big time - still haven't pulled it off and I've been doing it for months!
Right Foot and Brain: It is from an orthopedic surgeon.......
1. While sitting where you are at your desk infront of your computer, lift* your right foot off the floor and makeClockwise Circles.
2. Now, while doing this, draw the number "6" in the air with your Right Hand. Your foot will change direction.
And there's nothing you can do about it!

The trick is to try and see it both ways.

she is spinning in one direction, it depends on how you hold the clock.

she is spinning clockwise most of the time for me but I just looked away and refocused and she spun counter clockwise
