My instructor, Phil Migliarese, is teaching a beginner level Gracie Jiujitsu seminar for free this saturday at Balance studios. It will begin at 11am and any beginner Jiujitsu people, or people that want to check out Balance are welcome to take the class.

It's going to be a lot of fun! Phil is one of a handful of Blackbelts under Relson Gracie and has been doing Gracie Jiujitsu for about 19 years.

Balance is in Philly. There is an affiliate school in ny I think.

yah i remember watching some balance students in this last team NAGA east coast pretty good.

The NAGA last weekend in Newark? I haven't had the pleasure of meeting any of the Balance students from NY, but I've heard they do a good job out there. Did you go to the Grapplers Quest in Maple shade, NJ the weekend before that?
