I Think As Much As I Love Her. I'm very Hesitant to tell people I REALLY Like Regina Spektor and Duran Duran... Especially Duran Duran.

P.S. Linkin Park gets honorable mention on the shoes because it makes me emo... but I like listening to Linkin Park when I workout because the speed of most of their songs is perfect for lifting

I believe it's wrong to be ashamed of the music you enjoy, or of anything for that matter. Shame is a weakness-byproduct of having an ego as your center. I'll tell anyone what I listen to because I like it, and if they don't they can fuck off.

But in simple terms of things I listen to that most others don't...well, in the group of people that I do regularly converse with, there are many different personalities with different opinions attached, so to sweep a whole list of bands under such a category wouldn't really work, anyway. Where some would be weirded out by my recent obsessions, the Mars Volta and Coheed and Cambria, others simply can not grasp bands like Opeth, which I have to say is one of my all time favorites.

I know, I'm taking this way too far.
