As an extra i would recommend Bas Rutten's Big DVD of Combat. It's the best reference in the sport today imo.

Tao of Jeet Kune Do by Bruce Lee is actually more of a basic boxing instructional and will def help you think outside the box I guess you could say with your striking. It doesent have drill but it explains the science of striking very well.

Bas Rutten's Big DVD's Of Combat is good.
Don't use Rodney King style - Tito and Quinton used it on their toughest opponents. They lost due to strikes both times. It's horrible defense.

Bas Rutten's Big DVD's Of Combat is good.
Don't use Rodney King style - Tito and Quinton used it on their toughest opponents. They lost due to strikes both times. It's horrible defense.King's "Crazy Monkey" defence worked very well for Rampage in the Liddell fight and was working pretty good for him in the second Wandy fight too. It doesn't do very much for knees though. The system wasn't the reason Rampage lost, it's the fact that Wandy's better, same for Tito/ Chuck
I'm a big fan of all of King's instructionals, especially the "Power Combinations and Kicking for NHB" one. Rob Kamen's stuff's pretty sweet too
