I think the fight will go as follows: karo does a sick judo throw, and then gnp. tko for karo in 2nd round.

Karo better win, to go from Title shot to losing on UFN would be harsh, but if Diego wins people will have to accept him as a legitimate fighter that isnt being "babied"
