Disappointed there's nothing on kickboxing bags, but very good info none the less.

one thing i was informed of though.. is that u need to take extra care of canvas bags to make sure no excessive moisture gets in (if u hang it outside or whatever) thru the porous material.. cuz mold can grow in it..
and since u'll be hitting the bag and most likely breathing heavily while doing it.. inhaling mold would have serious health complications.... just a heads up! ;)

nah.. i meant more like keeping it from growing mold and the like... but that works too.. ;)
