i know this is old, but it's fucked up/awesome. and maybe some of you never saw this. worst/best hockey injury ever, from 1989.

clint malarchuk, goalie for the sabres got his throat sliced open by blues forward steve tuttle's ice skate. right through the carotid artery.

i can't believe the dude just got up and walked off the ice on his own with somebody reaching into his neck and pinching shut the artery.

yeah thats for real my nigga. he gets the official ferguson badass motherfucker award. the dude was back on the ice playing 2 days later.

there's been a couple nasty cuts on arms and legs too.just a couple nights ago,kevin bieksa got cut on the back of the ankle through the uniform.blood was dripping out all over the ice.out 6 to 8 weeks.
