Right after I watched Grindhouse I liked Planet Terror.I love zombies and Rose is a hot bitch.I thought Death Proof sucked balls bc of the ending.

But after watching the movie again,I switched to Death Proof.Now I love the ending and just the entire movie and atmosphere,especially the soundtrack,which are always good with QT.

Short answer,I only bought Death Proof on dvd.

The ending to DP, to me, just sucked - It was pathetic seeing Stuntman Mike go from being a badass to turning into a pussy. I was enjoying the movie up until that point. Planet Terror gets my vote, here.

Me and my roommate got to screen it bc he works at a theater so we were the only ones there And that's exactly what I thought and my roommate,in fact still thinks.But then I watched it with an actual audience and they all laughed and I realized,that's kind of why it's good.Because it's funny.It's literally a perfect way to end a 'bad' movie.But I still see why people thought it sucked.I just....don't anymore.

Unless your just not of fan of kitch humor or don't understand the fan boy mentality what's not to like. I thought that given the idea they were aiming for, the whole Grindhouse experience was perfect.

Tarantino believes his own bullshit and thinks he's a great writer now, which he isn't, and so he makes these ridiculous dialoged scripts that put people to sleep. Example: The ending of Kill Bill where Bill goes on long winded rants referencing stupid shit that add nothing to the story and just draws it out more.

A writers greatest tool is knowing when to kill his babies, meaning when to cut parts of your writing that you still think are great but you don't really need.

Planet Terror easily, I found Death Proof to be nothing more than Tarantino jerking off his own ego.
