The Power of Three

Three Highly Absorbable Creatines

* Creatine Ethyl Ester
The esterification of substances will increase their lipopholic abilities, and thus, esterified creatine will use fat more efficiently to permeate the cell wall and exert its effects upon cellular function. This means, that the dosage requirements are lower, but the absorption of esterified creatine is increased.

* Creatine Alpha-Ketoglutarate
Because Creatine Alpha-Ketoglutarate is attached to the transport molecule AKG its absorption rate and bioavailability are greatly increased over regular creatine monohydrate.

* Tri-Creatine Malate
When malic acid and creatine monohydrate form the compound Tri-creatine malate, the resulting product is more water-soluble than regular creatine monohydrate, eliminates the possibility of gastric disruption, and is more efficient at efficaciously impacting the ATP cycle.

Three Unparalleled Nitric Oxide Boosters

* Arginine HCL
A special form of arginine that's been shown to cause massive increases in nitric oxide production, which dramatically increases blood flow and nutrient delivery.

* Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate (A-AKG)
Boosts short term Nitric Oxide levels. Increased strength and markedly improved stamina can also be expected.

* Arginine Ketoisocaproate (A-KIC)
Combined with A-AKG the results may be classified into three categories: 1) the promotion of an extended muscle pump; 2) signaling muscle growth and speeding recovery; 3) increasing strength and stamina.

* Ornithine Alpha-Ketoglutarate (O-AKG)
Ornithine combined with AKG to help aid amino acid sythesis and protein availability.

Three Scientifically Advanced Glutamines

* L-Glutamine
Highly in demand throughout the body, it is used in the gut and immune system extensively to maintain optimal performance.

* N-Acetyl-L-Glutamine
The acetylated version of L-Glutamine is stable in water and metabolically efficient at delivering glutamine's biological effects over conventional Glutamine or Glutamine Peptides.

* Glutamine Alpha-Ketoglutarate
A glutamine precursor that efficiently bypasses the gut and has the ability to enter the muscle cell for superior absorption and cell volumization.

The extreme blue raspberry flavor in NOXCG3 will blow your mind, and it also doesn't come loaded with fat promoting sugars to make you feel bloated or "puffy".

Not worth it; far too expensive. You're better off buying creatine alone, for $20 a kilogram, and using the traditional loading method for the first few weeks.

Here is a little diagram of how each NO type products match-up, keep in mind this is from Xyience so it is a tad bias towards their product : http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/xy/noxcgcomp.jpg

Also another interesting chart, explaining what each ingredient in NOXCG3 and its function - http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/xy/noxpanelbig.gif

The only other NO product that seems to compare is BSN NO-Xplode, and not only does it compare i think its direct competition to Xyience.

Firstly, and most importantly you get over 2x more NO-Xplode than you do Xyience NOXCG3 for the EXACT same price.

BSN NO-X was voted as a better product on this website by the consumers - also something to keep in mind.

I personally have used, and still do use BSN NO-X and I enjoy the benefits of the product. A few of my friends also use it, they say it makes them feel a bit shakey, and they can lift more weight, but i dont necessarily feel any such effects. Personally, I feel more focused, i do better reps, more reps, with less rest time inbetween.

Don't get me wrong, I think both products are great products, although some things about NO concern me a tad, well one thing in particular haha. In my research I found this : Signs of deficiency include the inability to achieve and sustain normal erections, physical weakness and extreme fatigue, but so far so good haha.

I think both products are great products, and what it comes down to is how much $ your willing to dish out.

i agree its prob better to load it naturally but you can get it really cheap at bodybuilding.com its only $40 or so as opposed to paying like 68 at gnc. they have some pretty good deals on proteins and stuff too.

dang!.. this has got to be the first thread i've seen where most posts actually are "pro-xyience"..

sure.. xyience works.. however, u can get the exact same results at literally 1/3 the price elsewhere..

however, what xyience is the very best at doing is increasing ur speed and agility because u'd be much lighter from all the money u'd be losing out of ur wallet...;)

I dont think anyone "loads" creatine anymore with the ester, I just pop a couple pills before a workout and go nuts. I figured it was crap before reading more about it but my opinion has really changed, it seems like some quality stuff in their but like I said I am unsure about using NO, it seems to have too drastic of an effect on teh body imho. Also the combination with the ester creatine seems like too much. I injured my leg bad because the ester creatine gave me unlimited endurance so I didnt quit when my body needed to. Like I felt like I could go forever but the ligaments in my leg were worn out or something. This can be avoided however by being more careful.

1 scoop non workout days, 2 scoops on workout days 45 mins prior.

Rich Franklin takes 2 in teh morning workout and 1 in the evening

yeah the wwe guys supplementation is made up mostly of steroids, not xyience, and that would be the reason they are dropping like flies

L-glutamine is great for aiding recovery from workouts. it also has the effect of strengthening your immune system so you won't get sick with colds, etc. as much.

Isn't Xyience on the ropes financially even w/ their brand whored out all over the UFC? Surprising, since you'd think that all the TUF'ers would be in a rush to try it.
