my ex wife knocked out her kenpo intsruter for touching her ass (she was 15 at the time) insted of immediatly getting pissed off, she asked him to hold the focus mit and then roundhouse kicked to the face.

I took Taekwondo lessons when i was a kid and it's all common sense. Anyone with half a brain could take a few classes and figure out the rest of that shit.
