Fantastic fight! Razor thin, but I would have given it to Ed. That choke at the end for Kendall won him the fight.

Spoilers are when a fight happens and has not aired yet. Since the Spike TV broadcast is live, these are not spoilers. Revealing an undercard fight that is not shown (and unlikely to BE shown anytime soon) is a borderline spoiler.

My friends and I were also watching and while they think Ed should have won I thought kendal really pulled it off. I mean ed did gnp when he was on top but he was in those submissions for a good chunk of time and got hit with some powerful knees.

I had the first round for Ed, 2nd a draw and 3rd for Kendall...I believe there should have been a 4th round.

All I can say is Ed Herman has a ton of heart! he was caught a few times in submissions were lesser men would have tapped, but he was able to fight through and continue.

I don't see the decision as controversial at all . Close , maybe , but the sub attempt at the end did Ed in , 30 more seconds and he would have either tapped or been out cold . Great showing by both and I give a nod to awarding both a contract .

I thought Ed won. I don't know why this stuff is considered spoilers. I missed the first half of the first showing out to dinner with my family. Had to catch it in the encore. So I *gasp* avoided the forum. If you make your way over to ninjashoes on a fight night, expecting to not have it spoiled, you must be drunk.

edit: I see there was a stall for the west coast, still.

It was good to see they will both get contracts. They put on a great show.

I had ED slightly ahead in 1st. Kendall slightly ahead in 2nd mainly due to great kneees and RNC gave the 3rd to Kendall. But great fight for both.

I thought Ed won the fight, he dominated his will well. I can't believe kendal won unanimous.
