ok i want to start having fights in amature thai boxing can anyone tell me do u have to wear headgaurds till u turn pro

Hmm, I'm not sure. My friend did an amature thai fight but his was underground so I'm not sure if the head gear was mandatory, he didn't wear head gear. In Thailand amature doesn't wear head gear.

It depends on the state and or promoter. I've had many amateur thai fights. Some required head gear others didn't.

yea cardio is a big must. one of the guys at my academy fought amateur and lost cuz of cardio.
