I'm trying to download this show (http://www.demonoid.com/files/details/1324612/466394/), but i really don't know where to begin. I hardly use Torrents so i'm lost, can anyone help me get this?

first you need a torrent client, like utorrent,bitlord,azureus,bittorrent,whatever. there all quick downloads. after that, just click where it says "download this torrent", assuming you dont have your pop ups highly secure,it should just pop up(if not just hold down control) and u open or save the torrent cue file,and it opens up in utorrent or whatever,and you select ok and it starts downloading. also under settings in the torrent client you can select the upload speed,make that low so your download is faster.

what would be a good safe clean client to get?

Yeah thats how it usually works. As it gets closer to getting finished it will usually pick up but it also depends on the number of leechers and seeders! The larger the number of seeders and leechers the faster it will download also

I have never used bitlord, but I have no complaints about utorrent. It has served me very well and has been very reliable.
