i didn't even think to put up one. i'll post one soon, along with my updates in status.

updates: Just started training at this new gym today where the Tucson Scorpions train. pretty nice gym. the only thing missing are the weights, but i found another gym that i can weightlift for free.

the coach up there was pretty impressed with my grappling ability even though striking is my strong suit. he wants me to keep coming so he can train me and try to get me a fight in Nogales later on this month...hopefully things will fall thru.

well for post 5000, i'm a take this time to update this.

i was supposed to fight down in Nogales da last week of Nov, but it got canned...then with my luck, the next week i got in a car accident which totald my fuckin ride...but my insurance is paying it off and i gotta 1980 Chevy Caprice sitting around just waiting for a starter so i'll be alright.

i got pretty banged up from the accident but i'm good now. i haven't traind since the accident, i've just took the month to rest and get my shit organized now. i'm just glad i'm better now. i'm bout to start back my normal routine this week and hopefully 2008 should be a better year for me. PEACE BROS.

naw i never trained with them. i stayed out there from around 89-93. that's where i first started my taekwondo off of Airport Rd.

well i've seen some new questions so i figured i'd update:

well since the beg of FEB, i've basically been back to training at my normal gym. when i went back i was weighing like 180 and my cardio was pretty shit from months of eating cookies, chocolate milk, and slushees everyday...lol. im on a strict diet now and im back down to 165. a lot of things in my gym has also changed.

i guess Don Frye had sum beef wit the previous owner and stripped the gym of everything and moved it to the eastside. so my old coaches Joey Rivera and Amos Sotello hav now remodeled and are now running the gym. it's 10x better with even more training partners than before. i'll be fighting this summer for sure. the reason i can't fight earlier is because i have to do my medical, and i don't have insurance which fuckin sucks. but it won't be a thang. it costs somewhere between 350-400 bucks to do but it's for the whole year which is cool.

and FIRE, when u come down here u gotta train with us bro. we gotta great cap here now. i gotta feeling we gonna be takin ova shit in Tucson.
