It's the Vanessa Minnillo nude pictures from her vacation with Nick Lachey in Mexico (I believe it was).

Someone scanned these Vanessa Minnillo nude from what appears to be a Spanish, or Mexican newspaper, and as such things go, they obviously made their way onto the Internet.

Oh, and one more thing, Vanessa Minnillo doesn't shave.
