I have been waiting a fucking week for the box to show up to ship my 360 to them and I still don't have it. I have a tracking number, but I don't have one for the box they shipped to me. Fucking pisses me off.

The guy tells me it will be $100 to fix the 360 and that includes shipping and handling. Fuck, Microsoft can spend $50 million on exclusive GT4 episodes, but can't spare that few extra $'s for overnight shipment?

Another thing was I was getting 2 red lights on my box. I have had it for a year and a half. I have gotten the red lights twice the entire time I have owned it. I e-mailed Microsoft and they said it was overheating. I have my 360 setting above an airconditioning vent with constant cold air blowing on it. It is sitting by a window with nothing blocking any of the heat vents.
I have gotten the red lights just from playing my 360 for only 15 mins.

I am selling this fucker when it gets fixed and getting the elite.

I am going to sell this 360 after it is fixed. I won it at a tourney, so I shouldn't be that pissed off for being free. I am going to sell it for $250 when it is fixed and get the Elite. I can transfer all the data from my current 360 to the Elite, but Microsoft has to send you a cord after you register the Elite.

Here's the update. I called Microsoft again today. They fucked up my information. They shipped the box somewhere else. It will be another fucking week until I can even ship my 360 to them. I was on the phone for 30 mins until they finally resolved this fucking problem.

Fuck it. I am going to get an Elite tonight and sell this 360 when I get it back. Anyone want a 20 gig 360 with a 1 year warranty and new disc drive for $250?

But I have another update on my situation. Microsoft called me yesterday and asked for my shipping address, again. I told him this is the 3rd time that this was suppose to be shipped, but he said that the box is ready to be shipped out now. He also said that Microsoft is monitoring this situation involving me.
