Training regime: well at the moment it is rugby league season so, tues and thurs fitness for footy training wich consists of lots of sprints push ups,endurance /cardio work,
at the moment footy training interfere's with MMA training, (same nights) but when im in my normal routine it looks a little like this :
monday: muay thai -skill and fitness
tuesday:BJJ-skills and fitness
wednsday:rest-do hindu push ups, hindu squats ,bridging.
thurs:BJJ
friday:muay thai, followed but drinking excessive amounts of alchohol and partying.
sat:rest
sunday: rest-do hindu push ups, hindu squats ,bridging.
Diet:usually consists of alot of protien and carbohydrates, i hardly ever eat fruit which i should,i love hot foods and put chilli on almost all of my meals.
