The best way is to go to france and then you won't have a choice but learn it.. Or try to become friends with someone who speaks french and tell him only to talk french to you.

Thanks for the reply, however i am still ateending school and i am currently broke. And there are absolutely no franchophone in where i live. I live in California by the way and the only people that live here are Mexicans. Which is not a bad thing because i also need to learn some spanish.
