I see blog after blog on Digg and reddit about the problems they have with them. All I know it that I LOVE GAMESTOP and EB GAMES.

The advice for shopping at gamestop is BUY the EDGE card, you get 10% off used games and a subscription to Game Informer. I don't know how many games you buy in a year but I figure that I saved $50 EXTRA from the card after the initial cost.

The guys and ladies that work at the store near me are honest about games and very informed and experienced gamers. I ask them a question about a game and they tell me the truth. If it is bad they say that it is bad. They give me the truth about the games.

eb's are pretty expensive around me but gamestop is legit. i wish their used games were a little more reasonablly priced, but yeah the staff has always been helpful.

Yeah, if this guy did it was probably to some fat nerdy chick who plays Diablo 2 or some MMO all day. Plus there is an ebgames about 200 feet away that has been there alot longer.

The dude at mine hates me because I returned a game a long time ago and when he said I couldnt I said another guy said I could so he had to take it back. Big deal...it was used anyway when I bought it and I kept it for one day.

Now that troll has a grudge against me and gives me dirty looks whenever I come in. He made a big deal about writing that dude up I guess like anyone cares about getting written up at some minimum wage job.

Everytime I go to Gamestop, the sales person wants me to pre-order a game. I did that one time and never got the game or my $5 back that I put down. I told them this and they said they would look into it. This was last year.

After they ask twice, just say "I said no the first time" They will stfu. That shit does piss me off too though. I do get preorders sometimes, but never when they ask me.

GameStop is OK, but I hate how they try to get rid of the defective games by putting them in sale.
