Alright fellas so here is the situation.......a month ago I did whats called completely dislocated my small toe....aka broke it off basically by getting it stuck in a wrestling mat...

So I had it popped back into place and its been healing great..but I have one problem...
I've been just wrapping it with a self adhesive stretchy tape...(basically just covering the small toe and wrapping it around my entire foot..thus pinning it to the rest of my foot...and it works great....but this tape costs a lot after a while....damn my long lanky toes...

Any suggestions guys??? I'm desperate...almost did the same thing to my other foot last week...

So here is kind of the criteria....reusable...flexable (so it doesnt cause cramps)

I have like an ankle sleeve in mind but extra long as to cover my little toe as well...

Anyone know of such a thing ...or any suggestions...can I make a sleeve??????
PLEASE HELP.....much appreciated!!!

it will take long time before it gets perfect but wrestling shoes is the best if you want to protect your toes...

I just hate wearing shoes though....feels like youre just not as mobile or flexable...

I had an injury on my big left toe that didn't heel for 2 years. Wearing shoes worked great, you'll get used to it.

Try covering the open spaces on the mat? If your instructor doesn't mind, unless they are your mats
