Stranglehold is pretty much Max Payne 3, which is a good thing IMO. The Demo's out now so check it out.

yeah , I believe the official title of the game is "John Woo Presents Stranglehold." the collectors addiction of the PS3 version actually comes with a blu-ray version of hardboiled which is a kick ass deal.

I thought the demo was pretty damn cool

I saw the white doves in the gameplay footage. Typical John Woo.
But this game looks good. There has been talk for over a year of this game coming out.

Ok, this demo is definitely worth the download. The precision aim thing was great, and barrage is cool too. Also, I never would have thought sliding over a table and knocking off a bunch of fruit would be so much fun. Running up and sliding down the rails is fun as well.

It is supposed to be released the 27th or 28th. It says the 27th but that is often just the ship date. I am tempted to buy this, but I am afraid it will be really short.

Demo was pretty kewl, the table sliding got a little old as everytime I try and run somewhere he automatically slides. I don't think this game is as good as Max Payne atleast nto from what I've played.

I'm probably a minority on this one, but Max Payne was just awesome mostly because of the story, but I liked the more realistic action in it. The second one kind of went unrealistic though where you could move fast in bullet time. The shoot dodge is the shit.

Yeah I didn't get much story out of this demo, and Max Payne was an awesome story. The action pwnted though.
