does anyone have it. if so, i would like to know what is on it and if it is worth buying.

never read it, best books Ive read so far have been the jujitsu books by royler and renzo and tao of jeet kune do by bruce lee

JJ unleashed by eddie bravo is also good, it doesn't cover everything, but some of the techniques in it are awesome.

its a good manuel, it gives you all the information you need to suceed in fighting

Never read it, but Team Quest isn't known for having a good all-around game.
