Good for you man. You have about 30% more stashed away than I do and you are 5 years younger. Just make sure you don't overdo it bro - you can't take it with you and you never know - especially in your line of work - when you are going to go. Don't get me wrong I have fun with my money as well. I have 20" wheels and a 5000 watt sound system in my vehical. And I am looking for a '95 Rx-7 Turbo.

Is that where you live? I have a buddy who works for Dell in Austin. You can get a nice crib in many areas of TX for a pretty reasonable price. That is one of the things I like about Pittsburgh.

Don't blame you then - buying property in CA is a BITCH. Good move on TX, that market is going UP and the last couple of years have been a great time to get in. If you are considering buying another, look at Phoenix or LV - those are the two fastest growing markets in the country.
