- WWE.com is running an angle where they're saying WWE Hall of Famer Sgt. Slaughter was taken to a local hospital last night to undergo a CAT scan for "permanent brain damage" following his match with Randy Orton on RAW. Permanent brain damage? They push the Legend Killer gimmick a little more, this time with Slaughter's legend being "killed". Hasn't Orton already killed Slaughter's legend?
- Dustin Rhodes recently did an interview with In Your Head radio. The full interview can be heard at inyourheadonline.com. Here are a few highlights:
-- Dustin said that TNA is close to getting 2 hours of programming. He said Dixie Carter and Panda Energy have worked hard and stood behind TNA and are getting closer.
-- His storyline is going to be something psychologically intriguing, with great storytelling. He said at the next PPV, Hard Justice, we will see the debut of what he's going to be doing in TNA.
--He and Vince Russo are on the same page in TNA as far as what they're going to do with his new character. Much of what he did with Goldust in WWE came from Vince Russo. He and Vince do get along and he's very thankful for Russo going to bat for him in TNA and getting him on the roster.
