- RAW Diva Beth Phoenix is featured in an article today in the Elmira Star Gazette. The article talks about her graduating from Notre Dame High school where she was the first female to join the Notre Dame wrestling team. It goes on to talk about her come up to the RAW roster and notes she's married to independent wrestler Joey Carolan, who performs as Joey Knight.
- Kid USA, who wrote in with the RAW notes also sent word that local Impact Zone Wrestling stars John "Hawaiian Lion" Williams, Navajo Warrior, Lawrence "XXX" Tyler, Jack Bull and Redrum (Johnny Stamboli) were the locals at RAW last night and are going to be at the ECW/SD tapings tonight.
I checked up on it, and the IZW website confirms that the group of IZW stars are booked for RAW and the SmackDown/ECW tapings. Word is that one of them will answer John Morrison's "15 Minutes of Fame" challenge on ECW tonight.
