MMA is pretty big out here, but the biggest sport IMHO out here is still SUMO wrestling man it is always on the tube. I enjoy watching in in real life though.

Do sumo wrestlers stay healthy when they stop. I mean do they suffer from any health disorders when they stop training?!?.

To tell you the truth I never really looked into it but I can ask some of my friends at work I am sure they will know.

My cousin is living in Japan right now with her hubby who is also stationed there in the military. They are from Northern CA though. If you see her tell her I said "hi".

Just messing around about the hi part... Welcome to the forum. What have you learned so far?

Japan is a cool place, that being said I would much rather be back in the states. I tell you what you miss out on a lot of stuff when you are way up here in Japan. This area that I live in is a lot of farmers and such so all the cool city stuff you would expect to see here you only get to see down in Tokyo. The drive to Tokyo is about $600 in tolls not including gas. The train is like $300 roundtrip and the plane is about $400 roundtrip per person. But I have been fortunate to had the time to go down there and visit and stay a while I tell you what its a experience the clubs down there are cool as hell.

I have never been anywhere near the size I would need to be to sumo wrestle so that's out of the question for me lol.

TBA I am in the air force up here it's cool kind of busy though. My wife is from Northern CA, Gridley up by Chico and Yuba City. We are trying to go out there when I get out.
