What do you think of him.
I think he was great.
But people don't give him the respect he deserves. I mean the man started at 22-23.

People don't give him the respect he deserves? Dude, I dunno who you talk to but in any forum I've ever been on most boxing fans are on the guy's nuts.
I understand why, because he displayed and easy personality to like, he worked incredibly hard, he was a tough guy, he hit hard, and he retired undefeated. But all these qualities also lead Rocky to be (IMO) very overrated. I mean I like the guy and all, but a lot of people consider him in the top #3 HWs of all time. He was not. Some people consider him the hardest puncher of all time. He was not.
Don't get me wrong, I like the guy and he definatly is an all time great, but if he competed at a different time, I don't think we'd be talking much about him. He couldn't compete with a slickster like Ali or Holmes, and he'd get destroyed by the sluggers that came after him like Liston or Foreman.

I talked to Sergio Mora's trainer Dean Campos.

He seemed to have a very low opinion about him on his forum.

Do you think somebody could start as late as he did and still reach where he did.

Not anyone could IMO, but Rocky had the physical tools and great work ethic. He also came around when the HW division was incredibly weak. Earnie Shavers is another guy who started at 22, and did well for himself because he had great physical tools (punching ability). But he was fighting at a time when the HW division was much better than when Rocky was fighting. Hopkins started boxing late too, he didn't really get started as a pro until he was around 25 or 26, but he became on of the best middleweights of all time.
But yeah, Rocky gets morre than his fair share of love and respect IMO

Marciano gets plenty of respect.I don't think he would have did nearly as well had he been in a different era,but then again I have the same opinion about Lennox Lewis too.
