I don't normally like to post unless I have something intelligent to add...

How about a question? I hurt myself 3 months ago while trying an Upa escape and pulled/strained a lower ab muscle...I don't know the name of the muscle but is the one used when twisting or lifting legs..

Any exercise or meds that can help?

The same injurie happened to me. I dont think there is any excersice to make it better. It just gets aggrevated. It will go away with time. It took me 2 1/2 weeks for it stop hurting.
