I took my first fight 3 days after I turned 18 and massed a 4-1 record since, that one loss I took a bad slam got a concussion and have been out for a few months. I'm getting back into training and gonna jump intoa higher professional level ala King of the Cage 145 class, I was wondering on what athletic supplements you guys recommend, I lift 3 core days a week and run 3 miles a day in the morning and/or night if that helps.

Never new much about personal diet or anything just wanted to fight : / made a mistake and got in the cage with a real monster.

I really love all of my MRM supplements. I use the DRIVEN pre work out plus their L-Glutamine. And I use their whey PUMPED protein after plus their CLA supplement. I also take Twin Labs Amino Fuels mega mass caplets. As far as vitamins go, you should always looks for a mens multi that is low in vitamin A. I take solaray brand vitamins. I also take their multi mineral and a vitamin C supplements.

Like I said you should avoid muti's that have a lot of vitamins A because too much A is proven to cause cancer in men. Also fish oil only covers a small range the branch chain amino acids.

Protein Powder, Good Multi vitamin, Omega 3 fatty acid, creatine and beta-alanine and if your cutting i'd recomend a good amino acid supplement like Scivation's Extend or Purple Wrath from Controlled labs. If you oder online you can save yourself alot of money and by buying in bulk. Those supplements are all the real deal and have good science to back them, not hype. You can also get creatine, protein at walmart, sams and Target cheaper than you could at Gnc. In fact you could get everything except the amino acids and beta alanine. There is a new supp that gives you Amino's and beta-alanine all in one from Core called ABC, very solid looking product. Havn't tried it so i can't comment on the flavor.

Solaray (http://www.seacoastvitamins.com/topic.php?health=solaray+multi) has a pretty good multi that is food-based, so you absorb it better. They also make a men's multi, so you don't have to worry about getting too much vitamins A or iron.
