The movie showed some actual events right? I remember previews with phone calls and shit, that freaked me out a little.

movies a bit different than the usual Mothman encounter

imo, the only way to substantiate the mothmans existence, is either capturing it alive, finding its carcass or killing it... until then, this is jus another urban legend similiar in kind to bigfoot, the lochness monster, chupacabra, et al...

that said, the movie is a pretty decent watch...
