View Full Version : Promiscuous daughter...would it bother you?
Pcmaker 07-22-2007, 11:28 PM If you had a 14 year old daughter that is promiscuous, would it bother you?
To add to this, your daughter is also very intelligent, gets straight A's, a model student.
But she's promiscuous. And to add further, she has a lot of casual sex, but she also lets you know that she's wearing protection every time she has sex and that she is extremely careful and only has sex with boys her age (13-17) so nobody gets into legal trouble.
Someone asked this same question in another forum that I frequent. I thought it was interesting and it garnered very intelligent replies.

it would bother me. IMO, kids are growing up waaaay too fast these days. its good shes using protection but it doesn't change the fact that shes only 14.
Krahzee1 07-23-2007, 02:22 AM I know what I think/thought of bitches like that and I never want anyone thinking of my daughter that way. I know a single mom who has a 13yo daughter that fits that description and I see the cause of it all as her being a shitty mom.
Blunt Object 07-23-2007, 02:35 AM it would bother me
Pcmaker 07-23-2007, 02:56 AM Well, you guys alrady know what I think

14. Yes it would bother me. But I try not to be so sexist and see things from the point of view of if she was a he how would I react. Because we are usually more excepting of boys being promiscuous than we are of girls that are.
14 is a bit young for either though.
Fedor=#1 07-23-2007, 06:00 AM It would definitely bother me... 14 is way too young, IMHO.
I wouldn't feel comfortable with her doing that until she is at least 18. Considering the fact that even with protection, there's still a chance...
IMAMEX 07-23-2007, 05:35 PM ouch that's a tough call. It would bug the shit out of me. Thankfully I have no children!
meepins 07-26-2007, 10:27 PM Too young, not emotionally mature. Few years later.. fine.
Slouch{ADR} 07-27-2007, 02:15 AM i would figure out a way to put a stop to it.

ditto
I was 13 when i lost my viginity and that's very normal for working class brits so I can't really say shit in this thread although I'm not a girl.
A girl getting straight A's is being wrongly corrupt by what she is doing, it's taking her mind off healthy positive things and bahaving more grown up than she actually is may land her in a load of trouble. Pregnancy STD etc.
I have a neice at 14 and i read her msn screen names sometimes and it's about boys or drugs.. I watched this girl grow up from a baby and i spent a lot of time with her and looked after her she thinks the world of me and vice versa but to see what is going on these days with her is very scarey for me as an uncle, so that feeling must be multiplyd for a father.

That's an AR-15 rifle I built from the ground up.
using protection is good but a 14 year old slut is not good, she'd be going to an all girls school immediately
amanamagus 07-28-2007, 01:14 PM I dont think being good in academics validates sleeping around. I'd have problems with that. She has to be a bit older and more mature emotionally.
Testosterone666 07-29-2007, 12:27 AM Had a friend a number of years back in highschool. Advanced placement/honors/international bacheloriate classes. Smart as hell when it came to booksmarts. Not too sharp though in life skills. Used to party by driving down to tj's and picking up perscription pills like somas and oxycontin on the weekends. Ended up pregnant with a kid her senior year when she had a condom brake and didn't bother picking up the morning after pill. Good grades don't mean shit.
brigade 07-29-2007, 06:04 AM I dont have a daughter but I do have a little sister around that age and I can tell you one thing it would definately upset me to find out that this was a lifestlye she had chosen straight A's or not. I have known plenty of girls from when I was in high school that were like this and I always thought that they deserved better for themselves. I am not sexist either I think that guys/girls both need to be careful protection or not when sex is involved. I also dont think that grades in school have anything to do with this I simply would not want my daughter or sister having hardships in life while they are growing up they can save all that crap for when they are older. Also all girls schools or private schools are never the answer I used to have cousins and friends attend those types of schools and holy crap they are the worst. I have 16 girl first cousins and everyone one I kid you not had their first baby when they were in the age range of 14-16 man there is no way I would have a kid at 14-16 I just had my first and im only 25. And believe you me I will definately be talking to my son about the birds and the bees and really insisting that he holds off for a while at least till he's an adult(I know that is pushing it). Well there you have it my humble opion. Peace
