Are there roids more for muscular endurance than explosiveness/power?

I thought I'd heard of such a thing. Those are the kind of roids I'd want.

it's probably just the way you use them, at least i imagine.

i have no idea how they really work, but i imagine they just facilitate shit, so let's say if you work on your endurance and you're on teh 'roids, well it will give you more endurance.

All steroids are good for cardio because they can enlarge your heart, making for great cardio because your heart can pump blood to your muscles more efficiently. :uyyy:

ummm actually roids kill your cardio ask Ken shamrock. I remember I took Methlye 1 test and I could barely finish my warm up run which was 3 miles, and I would do it with ease every day usually, and my joints would kill me too.

Not that I know of but a good ginko baloba supplement will help. Gunko Baloba increases the amount of oxygen your cells can carry. Obviously this is great for brain function as well as cardio.

It is a glycoprotein hormone that is a cytokine for erythrocyte (red blood cell) precursors in the bone marrow. Also called hematopoietin or hemopoietin, it is produced by the kidney, and is the hormone that regulates red blood cell production.

EPO has a history of usage as a blood doping agent in endurance sports such as cycling, distance running, cross country skiing, biathlon, triathlons and most recently billiards.

Awesome posting, especially with regard to cycling. EPO became famous because of the Tour De France controversies(pluaral, multiple)

EPO is extremely effective for boosting cardio and is easy to conceal from all tests including blood. However all that comes at a price. Its been linked to heart failure and is insanely expensive

man i've been hitting the weights since grade 9 (in grade 9 i didn't know much bout lifting, so i kinda did wut ever, but in gr 10 was when i was serious bout it). I'm still small, but have been gainning strength tho, and i want a "short cut" to get bigg.

Lift heavier every time. You are young so don't overdo it. Short workouts. 25-35 minutes. Eat.

man donīt take any of this EPO shit. as long as you donīt want to become a professionel athlete there is no need to take steriods esp. those like EPO.
EPO is for cardio and will not really get you bigger.

and please if you consider taking any other roids like testosterone or other anabolic steroids to actually get bigger wait at least until you are 25 and try to get as much information as you can get about the sideeffects and if it is worth taking them.

personally I donīt have anything against roids or people who take them because yes they do work and help you out a lot. but you always have to be aware of the dangers that are for real too.

I looked into EPO before cause I do alot of cardio even though i'm kinda fat now... Its EXPENSIVE man - It will only benefit those people that do extreme cardio events - triathlons - marathons - cross country skiing - that kinda thing. And you're paying hundreds for just a few doses. There is a reason pro athletes cyclists/etc... are the only people you hear of using the stuff. On another note this stuff would be AWESOME for fighters...

What is your routine? What are your goals? And what does your diet look like, ie amount of calories/protein/carb/fat macros for the day.
