i have splited a file and i want to upload it.thing is that i can't hang around the computer all day to upload the parts,and so it takes me even longer to finish uploading.do you know of a porgram which gets a list of files and upload them one after another to a selected site?

There isn't one unless the website has a batch uploader, which I know none of the file hosting websites have.
