Thanks i use this to convert all my video files for my video ipod. and it's free.:sifone: http://www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html evzy 07-29-2007, 12:04 AM I just "acquired" a copy of ImTOO 3gp - Can convert all sorts of files with it, choose the resolution from about 5-6 options - handy for different screen sizes, set bitrates n stuff as well. So far its been great - takes about 10-15mins I think to convert a 700mb file to around 70mb. Filling up my phone with films as we speak :) Efrum 08-18-2007, 04:30 PM i use jodix for most of my ipod conversions. its quick, its free and its really simple. its pretty decent. http://www.snapfiles.com/get/jodixipodvideo.html i dun lik vidora because it takes a really long time to convert. Once u choose the file, it will most likely ask you about certain settings. Diffrent converters let u change diffrent things. The usual would be the quality of the video and the sound. Then press ok or convert (or add another file if u can then press convert). All you do is wait then the files will be converted and the converted file will be trasnfered to a certain place (which you can chose in the settings. It usually goes to the same file as the original file). Sometimes it will also add directly to your itunes library, but not always. And there you go. Hope it helps. If you have any questiions ask. evzy 08-21-2007, 11:22 PM For the one I mentioned its very straightforward - just run the program, open the file you want to convert/compress and then there is a little menu on the right hand side, you select what screen size you want etc, click convert - choose a folder to drop the new converted file in, and job done. I use it mostly to convert films etc and whack em on my phone's memory card, got a few Pride events as well on there and a KO reel or two - always handy to pass time :) vBulletin® v3.7.4, Copyright ©2000-2008, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd. |
