Yes he is the bomb. I have both of his books Infinite Intensity and Never Gymless. I would say that they are my most used (go to for workouts and info) books that I own. In my opinion they are some of the best books on the market. His forum is very useful and Ross will personally answer your questions.

I can't say anymore because you will think this is a fucking commercial But if you have the money get his books!

He has a lot of free articles and videos to look over at his site.
