As to the bad acting, thats part of the charm of the show. Its like a mockumentary so its suppose to be about a bunch of welfare drunk losers. Also most of the actors don't have formal acting training. Great show though.

I get them confused but the one with the braids is actually a professional dancer. And bubbles was originally just a sound guy on the show until he started doing his character impressions and they wrote him in as a bit character at first and then into a main character.

When the show first got popular around the second season it was really looked down upon by a lot of Canadians. It's funny because now its one of our greatest treasures.....sorta.

Theres all kinds of Canadian references. Like when they pick up the bus of random people to go get them to help harvest the weed in like season 3 or 4, theres a woman Rita Mcneil who is a famous Canadian singer but most people in Canada wouldn't even know that because she's an older singer. Its crazy though because she has such a respecful following.

ok so i started watching season one and loved it. watched season 2 and loved it. but after that honestly the show got a little less funny. it got weaker every season to me. but overall it is a good show. i just think the first 2 seasons were so good to me the rest was a slight let down but still enjoyable to watch. i still think family guy, south park is way better.
