I enjoyed the fights. Tito/Rashad was probably the least exciting. Sherk should've worked to finish more, but it was a good fight especially with Franca almost KOing him several times.

Nog/Herring was fucking crazy, and Silva/Marquardt was good too.

UFC 72 wasnt worth the money, this one definetly was unless you expect every event to be like Pride Second Coming

Nog/Herring - Definitely great, knew this one would go to a decision.

Sherk/Franca - Pointless, match should've been stopped in Rd 4 due to lack of competiton from the challenger. This fight was like watching a replay of just 1 round being looped 5 times. 25 minutes of this. The excitement of thinking Franca might KO him went right out the window in Rd 3, why? Cause Franca did NOTHING different.

Ortiz/Evans - Not only did neither man due any real damage, the obviously more powerful striker and better stand up fighter dance, ALOT. Looked very cautious to engage and continually try to take Ortiz down during his few flurrys. Even worse, NOBODY won. 15 minutes FOR NOTHING, back to back ultimate wrestling.

Silva/Marquardt - Silva sent Marquardt back down the ladder. Nothing much to say, except nice! People like to downplay the importance of quick KOs in the sport now, but try telling that to fighter who just got knocked out, and the fighter who just wrestled all night.


I don't know, it was alright, Sherk and Ortiz back to back and nobody even winning that fight really was lame. That's the only real reason for anything negative about this card. Should've shown Kenflos fight in between.

The only thing about this one was there wasnt any fights id watch over and over, but to watch live it was good, id watch Nog/Herring and Silva fights again but wouldnt bother DL them
