he was in much better shape than his last 2 fights.....he came prepared as much as he could.....hes not in his prime, he was meant to be a relatively easy fight for nog (ie sanchez vs mirko) but he put in a awesome effort....i give him props...but he is definately not up to the standard that nog has been over the past 2-3 years
