First 30 mins of the movie are awesome - When you see it and you see the uniforms the SF guys are wearing... Spielberg did alot of research. That is the Army's future combat uniform going into major service scheduled for 2014. Delta Force and a few Army Special Forces squads wear it. The SF team also had an Air Force Special Operations guy attached to them. Its supposed to be an Air Force Combat Controller (which is why he calls the airstrikes) which would wear a blue beret, but they either got the wrong beret color or they had an AirForce ParaRescue guy who wears the red beret. Tiny detail but i'm using it more as an example of the hard work Spielberg and Mike Man put into their research.


Middle of the movie slows a bit but the end is absolutely frantic madness 7 out of 10. But again the attention to detail like at the beginning kicks asssss

I give it a 10/10, I absolutely loved every second of it but then again I was a huge transformers freak as a child.

My bro liked the movie as well, plan to see it later on today.

I think the movie was good. But I hated how they chanced things about the Transformers themselves. Starscream looks so bad it's sad.

I liked it. Even the ADD stricken girl I took with me liked it.

I was a big Transformers cartoon watcher as a kid and played with the toys a lot 23 years ago. So I could feel a little of the kid in me get happy when Optimus Prime initially came on screen.

The dialog between the transformers was corny and cartoonish but that's the only real weakness I saw. I also think this franchise could have been made into a much grander cultural empire like Star Wars if it was taken more seriously and more focused on long term plot lines and character development.

But it was made more as a fun, action packed show.

And, as you may have guessed by my avatar, I have a new favorite actress.

I agree, dope as fuck. Action is good, great comedic moments, plus the girl is mega hot and constantly poking out her as.

wow this movie was fucking awesome. i really dont have anything bad to say about it. the action was great, the dialog was fucking hilarious. every second of the movie had my attention. i went into it worried that they fucked it up, but they put good time and effort into it and made a fucking amazing movie for any audience. if you havnt seen it, i suggest seeing. damn i wish i was the main character, lil lucky son of a bitch.

They used the real Airforce/Army ect. My buddy in the airforce has a friend who was an extra on the set of the movie

From what I have heard from all my friends they all claim that this is their "Favorite movie of all time"

Plot was weak, and seemed like it was written by a 12 year old, very lame jokes.
Felt like a movie I have seen 20 times over, just with the transformers thrown in the mix.

Why the heck are you over analyzing a TRANSFORMERS MOVIE? Its supposed to be just like that, not to go head to head with The Departed or some Drama shit movie.
