I have a loving wife (who I think is beautiful, and is 7 years younger than me), a good job, a nice house, two nice cars and in general my shit together. I will admit it harms my cardio and proly contributes to at least 2 of the extra 4 inches on my waist, but I'm a pretty high strung dude - it helps to keep me from breaking shit.
