The Wrestling Observer is reporting that the office of Dr. Phil Astin, who was the personal physician for Chris and Nancy Benoit, was raided last night by authorities. They are currently looking for all medical records relating to Chris.

There is a strange story making the rounds right now that Chris Benoit's profile page on Wikipedia was updated just past Midnight on Monday posting that Nancy Benoit had passed away. This was many hours before authorities searched the Benoit resident outside of Atlanta. What made things even more interesting is that the IP address tied to the report came from Stamford, CT, but not from WWE Headquarters. As of now, it's believed to be a very bizarre coincidence and that no one had knowledge of her passing before authorities did.
