buy a goat
turn on some music
fuck the goat
repeat
the goat will most likely not liked being fucked by you, so it will start to recognize the music as "Oh shit, I'm about to get fucked"
as the goat starts to recognize the music it will try to escape
try to catch the goat, then, once you've caught it, you can either let it go for another round or you can give in to your urges and enjoy your spoils

Skip, go for runs, sprints, work hard on the heavy bag, jab-cross-right/left high kick over and over and over. Fight the bag without giving any mercy, don't even let it settle. It's all about pushing yourself bro.

Ideally, your cardio work will also train other attributes you need in a fight. For example:
Hill sprints
Find a hill that has a medium to semi-steep grade. Sprint as fast as you can up the hill and walk back down, letting your heart rate recover to as close as resting as possible. As your conditioning improves, your heart rate will recover more quickly, which be help you recover between rounds in a fight. Do as many sprints as you can in 20 minutes, increasing the number of sprints as your conditioning improves. Do this workout twice a week, adding it to your weights and MA training.
Hill sprints are ideal because you're running against gravity, so it's less stress on your knees. You also get a hell of a leg workout. I read that Bas Rutten does hill sprints exclusively for his legs. He doesn't use weights. If it's good enough for El Guapo, it's good enough for everyone.
You do, however, need to include one long cardio session (30-45 minutes) in your workout week. Instead of long-distance running though, try to do a low-impact exercise so you don't ruin your knees. Exercises like biking (especially mountain biking), swimming (you use your whole body) and the elliptical (if you're a gym rat) are good options.
Skipping
I read that 10 minutes of skipping equal 30 minutes of jogging. I believe it. Not only does it build cardio, it's develops footwork and timing. I mix up my skipping routines. I'll sometimes simply grab the rope and skip for 20 minutes or I'll do interval skipping with body-weight exercises such as:
Two minutes skipping
One minute push-ups
One minute skipping
One minute burpees
One minute rest
I'll repeat this squences five times for a 30-minute cardio session. Feel free to switch out the body-weight moves with other ones such as crunches, lunges, pull-ups - whatever you feel like doing. Try to incorporate as many different muscles groups over time.
Other than these, simply sparring and grappling is probably your best bet. You get a workout plus improve your technique.
Hope this help.

I forgot to mention. Here's a tip for the hill sprints.
I see a lot of guys hunch over when they do the hills because the body has a tendency to lean forward a little when you're running uphill. Doing this can compromise your breathing. Just remember to keep an open chest when you're sprinting up, kind of like you're puffing out your chest.
A mental trick you can do to keep good form is to imagine you have a rope tied to your chest and someone at the top of the hill is pulling you up. This will help you keep your chest open and your back straight.
Good luck.

btw dont go around telling people that they suck at life or whatever. you are new here, and no one is obligated to help you. you just posted that you need help w/ conditioning without giving details or a purpose. how can you expect someone to take that seriously? have a little more respect for those who've been here longer than you. you will get the help you need if you go about asking the right way
