come by sometime... M T TH we have class from 8-9 mostly just drills.. usually a punching/kicking combo.. then your training partner counters.... then you takedown... work a hold and your partner works a sweep. then we switch.


after 9 we usually work on cardio after the instructor leaves and do some grappling. Wednesday are open mat nights... instructor isnt there... we pretty much do what we want... grapple... work mits work the bag w/e


skill levels range as well so dont be shy!!
