Ecca 06-14-2006, 02:17 PM i want the ebook kimuraplata 06-14-2006, 05:29 PM ido also RFF 06-15-2006, 12:01 AM its a good book with a damn good stretch routine. flexibility is very important with any jiu-jitsu fighter. johnston 06-19-2006, 04:53 AM i just got this book from a library, and man this book has some good stuff to it. his cardio routine seems ok. i like the fact that he states about using free weights and isolateral movements to balance out your strength when lifting. it also has a great streching routine that will for sure enhance your flexibility. LightsOutMikey 06-19-2006, 04:53 PM after seeing hughes vs. royce, royce should not use the word 'superfit' again. ever. SolitaryIndividual 10-02-2006, 10:51 PM i have the book and it is great for stretching. the weight training and cardio dont seem to be the absolute best for what i want, and the diet doesnt provide what i want either, but if you stick to the gracie stretch routine i garuntee that your JJ will benefit from it Rob 10-03-2006, 03:12 AM I want to buy it but can't find it anywhere other than on the net SolitaryIndividual 10-03-2006, 06:03 AM i bought mine at the borders by my house Hardcore-Muay-Thai 10-08-2006, 12:06 AM bass ruttens tapes ftw |
