it has taurine in it and it is like a constant slow release stimulant and it messes up your heart palpatations just like a long time meth user, Im not saying for sure it was teh taurine but as soon as I try taking muscle milk again my heart starts beating strange. You have to be careful with all supplements because they put stuff on teh market that hanst been well tested at least as far as long tern affects, I should serioulsy sue them.

well if I was training hard I would also take ClA and ester creatine, I dont like NO, I try to keep bodyfat down but also increase endurance

It complements daily diet with essential fatty acids that we do not get from our daily diets. It's also a source of Omega 3, 6 and 9 which stimulate teh mind and act like vitamins for the heart.
If you don't take Fish oils, you should.

Forgot to mention in my previous post, if you regularly eat sardines, mackarel, herring, or other oily fish then you could bypass the need to take fish oil supplements.
